Its automated feeding, servo-driven cutting carriage, pressure beam, and cutting optimization software help streamline material handling, improve cut consistency, and support efficient production workflows.
Advanced CNC Cutting and Positioning
The NPC330S uses a 2kW servo-driven saw carriage with rack-and-pinion movement. The carriage automatically adjusts its travel based on panel width, reducing unnecessary movement between cuts.
The main saw and scoring saw feature independent vertical movement. The servo-controlled main saw height also supports accurate grooving operations.
A servo-controlled pressure beam automatically adjusts to panel thickness, helping stabilize materials during cutting. Side alignment and pneumatic grippers assist with accurate workpiece positioning.
Precision Material Handling
Three air-float support tables allow panels to move smoothly across the work surface while reducing friction and surface damage.
The automatic feeding system uses 10 pneumatically controlled grippers and a 2kW servo motor. Maximum feeding speed is 85 m/min.
A side operating control rod provides an additional way to initiate cutting operations.
Cutting Optimization and Production Management
The included Auto CUT optimization software supports efficient sheet utilization and cutting workflow management.
