The Nanxing NPC330 Computer Panel Dividing Saw is a heavy-duty, high-production CNC beam saw engineered for accurate, efficient, and repeatable panel cutting in professional woodworking and furniture manufacturing operations.

Designed for cabinet manufacturers, furniture production facilities, and industrial panel-processing shops, the NPC330 combines a powerful 20 HP main saw motor, automatic panel feeding, servo-driven saw carriage, intelligent cutting optimization software, and precision panel positioning systems.

With a maximum cutting length of 130” and maximum cutting thickness of 3.54”, the NPC330 accommodates demanding panel-sizing requirements while helping manufacturers increase productivity and maintain consistent cutting quality.

High-Speed Cutting and Precision Performance

The NPC330 uses a servo-driven saw carriage with a rack-and-pinion transmission system to provide smooth, accurate movement. The saw carriage automatically adjusts its travel distance according to panel width, reducing unnecessary movement between cutting cycles.

The powerful 15 kW main saw motor works alongside an independently controlled scoring saw to help produce clean cuts with reduced edge chipping.

Automatic blade height adjustment further improves cutting efficiency by minimizing unnecessary saw movement.

Automatic Feeding and Panel Positioning

The automatic feeding system features a 2 kW servo motor, precision rack-and-pinion transmission, and eight standard pneumatic grippers that securely hold panels during feeding and cutting.
