The FLEXY is a compact and high-performance edgebander. It is the most affordable model featuring a full cabin for protecting all the working groups as well as an end trim unit with HF motors and two sawblades performing the front and the rear trim cut cycles.
Panels: Particle board, plywood, MDF... from 8 to 50mm thick.
Edges: Melamine, PVC, ABS, PP, wood, formica, acrylic... 0,4 to 2mm in rolls.
Adhesives: Hot melt EVA and PUR (optional).
Equipment: High frecuency motors controlled by independent electronic inverters, gluepot, end trim, top & bottom trim and PLC controlled by a colour LCD touch screen.
All versions of this series allow the installation of buffing units and glue scraper as optional groups on the end of the machine.
